
About my background: I have a degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and am currently specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy at PUC RS. In addition, I am a member of LAPPES (Laboratory of Research and Intervention in Sports and Exercise Psychology), where I conduct in-depth studies on the relationship between mental health and sports practices. My experience includes clinical psychology, psychology of physical activity and sports, school psychology, and group psychology. I have also worked on teams such as PsiTerapia no Exterior and The Hub.br, developing a sensitive perspective on intercultural issues. I am a researcher on topics such as parasocial relationships and their applications in the therapeutic context. At the same time, I coordinate the Human Resources sector in the volunteer project School for Young Armies, which offers free language classes, reinforcing my commitment to a more inclusive society.

Depression and Self-Harm
